The product quality of machining results is greatly influenced by the accuracy and precision CNC lathe machine tools. Regular inspection geometric inaccuracy tool necessary to verify its operational viability. This research contribution focuses on conducting experimental studies evaluate error. aim explore cost-effective measurement methods as alternatives direct measurements, which often involve laser interferometers ball bar tests. objective this study investigate a turning cutting tests in accordance with ISO 13041-6:2009. testing will utilize conventional workpiece forms requirements, including circularity features, flatness, circular maybe combination features. Several errors that can be acquired method include errors, linear positional squareness errors. test for each feature given shape specification requires use 5 specimens. Consequently, mean value error may computed. derived analysis data collected from Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) applied specimen machined workpiece. Moreover, evaluation condition tools ascertained through comparison average category against permissible standard values 10791-2, 10791-4, 13041-4. findings indicate implementation object not viable production workpieces satisfactory quality. primarily due presence exceed acceptable tolerance levels. Specifically, these manifest deviations along multiple coordinates X-axis Z-axis, well between Z-axis. maximum 55.2 μm, while Z-axis 25.6 μm.
